Parking Enforcement
The City of Bell Police Department ensures the safety of all travelers driving through City by following the State of California Vehicle Code, as well as the Bell Municipal Code which establishes certain parking restrictions.
Overnight Parking on City of Bell Streets

Overnight parking is NOT allowed within Bell City limits between the hours of 2 AM through 5 AM. If residents require a permit for a temporary overnight visitor, one may be obtained online by going to: (City of Bell Overnight parking request). Starting July 1, 2022, all overnight parking permit request will only be accepted online through the above website.
Pay a Parking Ticket
Parking citation payments can be made by:
- Paying online
- Paying by phone by calling (800) 989-2058, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Mailing a check or money order to:
City of Bell, Citation Processing Center

Do not mail cash.
Contest a Parking Citation
Contest your parking ticket online.
Patrons have 21 days from the date the citation was issued, or 14 days from the Notice of Illegal Parking, to pay or contest a citation. Failure to pay or contest a citation will result in penalties and/or lien on a vehicle's registration at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Requests must be submitted no later than the citation due date. To contest your citation please go online at Citation Processing Center website. Late Administrative Review Request Forms will not be accepted.

El Departamento de Policía de la Ciudad de Bell garantiza la seguridad de todos los viajeros que conducen por la Ciudad siguiendo el Código de Vehículos del Estado de California, así como el Código Municipal de Bell, que establece ciertas restricciones de estacionamiento.
Estacionamiento Durante la Noche en las Calles de la Ciudad de Bell

NO se permite estacionar durante la noche dentro de los límites de la ciudad de Bell entre las 2 a. m. y las 5 a. m. Si los residentes requieren un permiso para un visitante temporal durante la noche, se puede obtener uno en línea visitando: (Solicitud de estacionamiento nocturno de la ciudad de Bell). A partir del 1 de Julio de 2022, todas las solicitudes de permisos de estacionamiento nocturno solo se aceptarán en línea a través del sitio web mencionado anteriormente.

Los pagos de multas de estacionamiento se pueden realizar mediante:

Apelar una Multa de Estacionamiento
Apelar una multa de estacionamiento en línea.
Los usuarios tienen 21 días a partir de la fecha de emisión de la citación, o 14 días a partir de la Notificación de estacionamiento ilegal, para pagar o apelar un ticket. La falta de pago o de apelación de un ticket resultará en multas y/o gravámenes sobre el registro de un vehículo en el Departamento de Vehículos Motorizados (DMV). Las solicitudes deben presentarse a más tardar en la fecha de vencimiento del ticket. Para apelar su ticket, visite el sitio web del Citation Processing Center. No se aceptarán formularios de solicitud de revisión administrativa tardía.
