The Community Services Department is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all Bell residents through inclusive programs, engaging activities, and well-maintained public spaces. Our mission is to promote physical wellness, social connection, community pride, and enjoyment of the City’s parks, facilities, and recreational opportunities.
The Recreation and Social Services Division proudly operates four recreation centers and five parks, offering a wide range of classes, programs, and events for children, adults, and seniors. In addition, our indoor and outdoor facilities are available for weekend reservations—perfect for celebrations, ceremonies, meetings, and more.
