Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement Division enforces the Bell Municipal Code and adopted City Ordinances to maintain the welfare of residents and business owners, as well as improve the community's aesthetics. The Code Compliance maintains and improves the quality of our community through the administration of a fair and unbiased enforcement program designed to foster community engagement, empower communities, and correct municipal code and land use violations.

The City's Code Enforcement Officers work proactively and reactively to address neighbor and business owner complaints within the community.
