§ 1.20.060 Administrative Enforcement Procedures 

The City of Bell may issue administrative citations for code violations and public nuisances. Individuals who receive a citation may be required to pay applicable fines and enforcement costs or may have the opportunity to contest the citation through the City's administrative appeal process.

The process includes requirements and timelines for filing an appeal, contest hearings, hearing officer decisions, correction orders, and the collection of unpaid fines and costs.
