Engineering
The Engineering Division provides maintenance and operation of City-owned improvements within the public street rights-of-way. Services are to maintain and improve the public streets, traffic signal systems, landscaping and trees, street lighting and sanitary sewer conveyance systems.
The Division also provides civil engineering, traffic engineering, inspection for public improvements, catch basin cleanup and the assessment of lighting and landscaping maintenance district and sanitary sewer maintenance district.

Public Streets
The division maintains the public street in good condition by repairing street pavements, sidewalks, curb and gutters. The pavement maintenance provides high quality and cost effective maintenance of street surfaces and replace deteriorated pavement surfacing.
Speed Humps
The City has approved a new speed hump policy. The new policy includes the process for removal, installation, and replacement. See more information regarding speed hump installation criteria(PDF, 221KB).
