The closed session of the city council meeting will begin at 5:00 PM, with the regular session beginning at 7:00 PM. This meeting will be hosted in-person at the Bell Community Center. The meeting will be recorded and live streamed on the City’s website. Agendas and Minutes are available at least 72 hours prior to the meeting start time.
