Dear Bell Community: Nothing is more important than maintaining the City as a safe, self- reliant community. In these challenging times where County, State and federal governments continue to take or reduce funding for the public safety and core services you rely on, the City prioritizes approaches that maintain local control and keep our taxpayer dollars local.
