In collaboration with the Human Services Association (HSA) to implement a daily food program that provides seniors with warm meals. Meals are distributed based on a reservation system each day that is facilitated by HSA staff.

The supportive Services Program (SSP) is here to help Bell's older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable. SSP offers ongoing care management, in-home assessments, and connections to valuable referrals and resources which are designed to make daily living easier. Eligible participants are age 60 or older, have difficulty with daily activities, are homebound, and are willing to take part in care management.
