Where every workout feels like playtime!

Get moving and have fun! Fitness for Kids (Ages: 7-12) is an 8-week program designed to keep kids active while building healthy habits. Through playful workouts and team activities, children will improve their motor skills, coordination, and agility — all while making friends and staying energized. Every class is designed to be fun, supportive, and paced so kids can enjoy movement in a way that works for them.
