Homeless Services

The City of Bell’s Homeless Services division provides direct access to emergency shelter, healthcare, and permanent housing. Whether you are seeking assistance for yourself or a loved one, we are here to help navigate the path forward.

The City of Bell has partnered with the Salvation Army and other agencies to provide homeless services to individuals experiencing homelessness and in need of assistance.

Strong communities begin with listening, connection, and care. We invite

families and community members to join us for an afternoon of carnival games,

food, and giveaways as well as an opportunity to come together to reflect on

mental health, emotional resilience, and the importance of supporting one

another through life’s challenges. By creating and strengthening dialogues in

a fun, family-friendly setting, we can take meaningful steps toward promoting

hope, wellbeing, and community.
