The City of Bell uses the OpenGov e-Procurement Portal to manage bid solicitations, proposals, and vendor communications electronically. Below are the bids and proposals currently being solicited, along with their respective closing dates.

The e-Procurement Portal allows vendors to:

  • Register and receive notifications of future City bidding opportunities.
  • Follow solicitations to receive updates, amendments, and addenda automatically.
  • Submit questions and review responses for open solicitations.
  • Submit electronic responses to bids, RFPs, and other solicitations.
  • Access City bid opportunities in one centralized location.

There is no cost for vendors to register with OpenGov.
