DISPATCH
About the Dispatch
Dispatch serves as the vital link between the community and the police department. Our professional public safety dispatchers are the first point of contact for citizens requesting emergency or non-emergency assistance. Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our team ensures that help is sent quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
Dispatchers handle thousands of calls each year, coordinating police, fire, and medical responses while maintaining constant communication with officers in the field. Every second counts in an emergency, and our dispatchers are trained to remain calm under pressure, gather critical information, and provide lifesaving instructions until help arrives.
Our Mission
To provide prompt, professional, and compassionate service to the public and to support our police officers in the field through effective communication, teamwork, and technology.
