2021-2029 General Plan
In January 2021, the City of Bell selected the Arroyo Group (TAG) to provide consulting services to update the City’s Housing and Health & Safety Elements, along with the creation of the Environmental Justice Element. TAG will be actively working with the City to update its Housing Element as mandated by State law for the 2021-2024 planning cycle and receive certification by the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) by no later than October 15, 2021.
At the March 3, 2021, Planning Commission meeting, TAG provided an introduction of their staff and presented briefly on the project's tasks and outreach strategies. For more information on TAG’s PowerPoint, please click here.
